Honestly I don't even remember where this computer came from, I think I got if for free with a lot of other machines.
Its pretty much the same as the XPS R350 but with integrated graphics and sound, this comes at a sacrifice of the AGP slot, combined with the overall poor condition of the shell, this computer isn't one I care all that much for.
It should have a shroud over the cpu and fan to direct the airflow, but I currently can not find it, it is somewhere in one of my boxes, I really need to restore this computer.
It came with a tape drive and 50 pin scsi controller card, so that was pretty cool.
